Choose your Future by Faith
Two blind men followed after Jesus. They trailed behind him, asking that he fixes them. They desired to be free from blindness. They never stopped following, and when He came into the house, they followed him in.
I don’t know the distance they had to walk, I don’t know how far it was, all I know is that they chose to nag, they chose to find their sight, they sought the one who can do it, and nothing else mattered as long as he was there, they just followed.
Jesus asked them if they believed he could fix them. I’d say their persistence should have already answered that question. But does it? Some people persist because they’ve heard news, because of testimonies, they say, “maybe he can do mine too”.
Well “maybe” is not faith, reeks of doubt if you ask me.
The blind men replied Jesus affirmatively. They believed. The had faith, and they were sure of it. If you still are not sure, it’s a decision, if you’re sure, it’s also a decision and Jesus will work with your decision.
Live your life always with the thought, “let it be unto me, according to my faith”, maybe that will wake you up to see that some battles require you being intentional about what you want God to do.
Faith they say is knowing the will of God and pleasing him by aligning with that will and pleasing him by doing it(that way you are not misplaced in the place of faith). Therefore I must say, make sure all you pray for is in accordance to His will.
“Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.”
